Bank Transfer
When placing the order, you will have the option to choose payment by bank transfer (OP), in which case the purchase is made based on the proforma invoice. After the payment is registered, you will receive the fiscal invoice by email. Upon request, the fiscal invoice can also be issued before the payment is made.
Online Card
When placing the order, you also have the option to choose payment by card. As soon as the transaction is completed, you will receive the fiscal invoice by email. Orders paid by card are automatically invoiced, and the data cannot be modified. Therefore, we recommend entering the billing information correctly and completely.
If you cancel your registration before the event, you may be entitled to a refund according to our cancellation policy.
The Sustainability Embassy in Romania reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel the event, we shall inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided to us and offer you a full refund.
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to contact@ambasadasustenabilitatii.ro and be no less than the 1st of October 2024.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Sustainability Embassy in Romania at least one month before the start of the event.
Cancellations of participation registered by 8th September 2024, are entitled to a full refund of the paid fees. In case of cancellation during 9-30th September 2024, the fees can be refunded at a rate of 50%.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellation requests registered from 1st October 2024 and for participation requests registered from 1st October 2024.
