Charly is the founder of Climate Change Coaches, a company that helps people change their mindsets to get into action in the face of big existential crises. She founded the company when she realized that powerlessness was holding many of us back when it came to the climate crisis.
She also co-wrote the first book on climate change coaching, a form of coaching that Charly and her team have pioneered. The 280-page book offers practical easy-to-grasp coaching skills that build connection, shift mindsets and motivate people to act and embrace change.
